Offshore Fishing is somewhat of a past time for us Floridians
Offshore fishing in the waters near Palm Harbor, Clearwater, or Dunedin is somewhat of a past time for us Floridians. People love to go offshore and catch a mess of gag grouper, red snapper, and amberjacks!
We have fished commercially for years so we have the spots and the fish pretty well dialed in no matter what type of fish you want to catch. During the summer you can get worn out by the AJs at the wrecks or bottom fish for grouper. During the winter the grouper actually come in so shallow that we can sight cast grouper with artificial plugs in about 12 ft! We run trips in our 24 ft Yellowfin if the weather is nice and calm. If the wind picks up we may choose to go offshore in our 40 ft commercial boat for additional comfort. Just do us a favor and make sure to eat your Wheaties before boarding our vessel for an offshore trip. Because we are going to put your biceps to the test!
